Okay so I have to do a post about my puppy Lexy! I got her last year in March 2009 from my friend Tammi's mom. I had been looking for a puppy for quite awhile but didn't want to pay $500.00 for one and it just so happened I was visiting Tammi who was living with her mom at the time until she moved to Iowa. Tammi said I could have her mom's dog and I just laughed because I totally thought she was kidding when her mom said no really you can have her. I was like are you serious? And she said yes...I am never home and she gets lonely. So I got my new puppy! I was so excited but so scared too because it was a big responsibility. But we bonded from day one and now I don't know where my life would be without her. She was born on October 31st....Halloween...How great is that!
Lexy is a very special dog who is quite attached to her mother, me! She cries and struggles to get away if someone else is holding her and I start to walk away. She has a hard time with other people holding her or touching her. But she LOVES me to just hold her all of the time. She also has a very special toy that means everything to her. It's her dumb squeeky bear that I think my mom bought for her when I first got her. She loves this toy more than anything and all she wants to do is squeek it and play fetch with it.....all day, everyday! She has quite the high pitched ear piercing bark which gets annoying but her being excited to see me never does! She can sit, shake and lay down. I need to teach her some more tricks. She learns them pretty fast.

First official post

Well after much thought I have decided to start doing a blog. I see other people's and I love reading them and seeing what they have been up to so I want to try it too. My life is pretty boring but sometimes something exciting happens or I will go and do something fun and now I can post it on here. This will be sort of like a journal for myself since I suck at doing one.

So the main thing in my life right now is I just bought a house. I absolutely love it. It's perfect! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, kitchen, garage and a huge fenced in backyard for my little puppy Lexy! Lexy will have to be her very own blog cuz she is the best! Audra moved with me. We lived in the apartment together and she said she would stay my roommate and move clear across town to Washington

Anyways, I signed the papers on Friday May 21, 2010 and started moving things in that very day. I didn't sleep there until the next Tuesday. It was a bittersweet feeling. I was so excited to move and have my own place, but I loved the apartment I had been living in. Also, I lived next door to my boss/friend, Kenzie and we had fun. And she has two dogs that play with mine and Audra's. But now I am settled in and things are going great!

My parents have been amazing and helped me every step of the way. I could not have got this house without them. They are the best mom and dad and I owe them so much!

I need to figure out how to post pictures on here and also how to find people to be my blogging buddies!
